It's been a wild ride tracking Edwards' odds for this award. The Timberwolves young star exploded for 43 points in a Game 1 win against the Nuggets and saw his odds shorten drastically. But as Minnesota fell down 3-2 in the series, they began to lengthen again.
While the Timberwolves did manage to upset the reigning champs with a 20-point comeback in Game 7, Edwards wasn't at his best. He scored fewer than 20 points in three of Minnesota's final five games in the series. Still, he's averaging 28.9 points in the postseason and will be the key to the T-Wolves reaching the NBA Finals.
